Job Title Marketing Coordinator*

Our fast paced, marketing group seeks a resourceful, customer oriented, marketing professional, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid time management and exceptional organizational skills are required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. A sense of humor and the ability to stay calm under deadline pressure are a must.

Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Manage and implement social media strategy

Regular content development & posting across multiple social media platforms

  • Metrics and analysis of social media activity, and web traffic
  • Track & support promotions/advertising/status related to sponsorships and events
  • Manage promo product inventory & Business Development fulfillment
  • Attend selected events as a Cataldo representative
  • Develop press releases, maintain & distribute to media lists
  • Support promotional and production needs for internal customers:

HR, Training & Education, Business Development

  • Track & analyze “Detail” information for reporting purposes

Graphic & Production Support

  • Manage production of ads, layouts, and branded documents
  • Manage distribution of logos and supplemental materials related to sponsorships
  • Layout support for internal publications – Bulletin, Coverage Point, ForeFront
  • Manage and coordinate creative/support vendors
  • Web site maintenance and updates: WordPress

Event coordination & management

  • Support recruitment events
  • Support local promotional opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate annual golf tournament
  • Plan and support annual company meeting
  • EMS Week events/coordination
  • Event promotion: Posting to local calendars, use of Chamber resources, landing page management

  • HootSuite- scheduler/analytics
  • Constant Contact
  • HubSpot--CRM
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe CS
  • WordPress

Skills and Experience

Marketing & Project Management

  • At least 2 years in a production and/or marketing or agency support capacity
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques
  • Experience managing a social media strategy


  • Good presentation skills: written & verbal
  • Customer service skills       

Production & Layout Skills

  • Understanding of graphic formats and layout tools
  • Ability to manage deadline driven projects
  • Ability to produce presentation quality material

Event Planning & Management

  • Identifying venues & project planning
  • List and RSVP management
  • Vendor coordination


  • Familiarity with most or all of the listed technology tools
  • Willingness to learn new applications

Valid MA driver’s license and access to transportation
